Ricardo Tedesco
Ricardo Luis Tedesco is an attorney with a solid academic background and extensive experience in both teaching and the professional practice of law. A graduate of the School of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), he has devoted a significant part of his career to teaching and research in areas such as Commercial and Corporate Law.
In addition to his prominent academic work, Ricardo possesses vast experience in the practice of law. He was a member of the Lawyers Staff at Estudio Nissen, Tedesco & Nissen from 1999 and a partner of the firm between 2005 and 2024, where he played a key role in providing legal advice to companies on issues related to corporate, insolvency, and commercial law. His practical experience has allowed him to complement his academic work with a strong focus on applying legal principles in real business and commercial contexts.
With extensive teaching experience, Ricardo has held various positions at the UBA School of Law and other institutions, including visiting professor, head of practical assignments (jefe de trabajos prácticos), and full professor. Furthermore, he has actively participated in the coordination and organization of national and international congresses, conferences, and seminars related to commercial, corporate, and insolvency law.
Ricardo has completed multiple specialization courses on topics such as credit check, procedural aspects of insolvency, legal reforms, and banking law, among others. Additionally, he is the author and co-author of numerous papers published in specialized journals, and he has presented talks at conferences on a variety of topics relevant to his field of expertise.
His commitment to academic excellence is reflected in his participation in elective positions within the Bar Association of Lomas de Zamora, where he has held roles such as a member of the Commercial Law Institute and Academic Director.
